Stanton’s is a flyin restaurant with its own 2300’ grass runway. Starting in the 1970s, owner Charles Lindbergh (Lynn) Stanton listened for low flying aircraft and radioed to invite the pilots to dine at Stanton’s. A bulletin board in the dining area holds photos of planes that came in too fast, only to skid off the runway.
