Don Haakinson1st time I'm very impressed by server Laura. She is very courteous, helpful, and works hard to keep my drink refilled and impeccable service. The food is most excellent. Very hot and cooked to perfection. I will definitely return to try the wings on my next visit to this location in Florence SC. Check them out!

tattoo manWaited longer than normal, probably over 30 mins for our order, but they are on the spot with drink refills and made up for it a little by adding 2 wing drums for free. Watching 4 thousand tv's full of sports tho!

Sarah MorganOur server, Justin, was hustling since the time we arrived. We were one of the 1st tables to arrive for NFL's season opener and he kept his cool as severl NFL fans flooded in. None of the tv's were displaying any previews or upcoming games. Several tables asked multiple times to have the games put on, which were not up & running until after kickoffs. Justin waited on every table in the bar area while the bar tender stayed busy with the bar filling up. Justin quickly greeted every table providing the best service he could & with a smile (helped ease the tention from each tables frustration. He apologized several times for the wait of each tables food. With that said, we were one of the last to get our food, 45 minutes after ordering, and it was cold as if not even kept under a warmer, no fault of his. We tipped him VERY well and gave him compliments of all that he was doing. We would have liked to have spoken to the manager to express our satisfaction with the service & not the food or staffing coverage for the NFL opener. This location has dropped the ball on the opportunities it has to market itself for larger turnout for this kind of events as well as others. It is not publicly displayed who the GM is to even reach out directly through the website. APP ir LinkedIn. Kudos to Justin, thumbs down to the rest of it. This location is missing out on huge opportunities that would benefit the company's profits, their employees tip earnings & the community having a place to go for any kind of forcasted event. It just takes a little effort to make this place "the place to go". DO BETTER!
