Geraldine WaddellThe staff was not very welcoming. The front desk clerk upon check in didn't greet and act if though the guest was bothering her. The breakfast staff was rude particular older lady by the name Ashley who took up the toast and Danish way before shut down time at 10 AM. She also didn't want to replenish the food asked her about grits she said there was no more but made sure she had her a bowl and proceeded to eat it right out where the guest could see her. Thank you for Ms Lori who apologized on behalf of Ashley and Lori was great we encountered Lori on the 1st morning and she worked well and was very pleasant. Ashley is not a good fit for customer service. I stay at this hotel chain because of the services and especially when traveling with my kids. I love how safe it makes me feel. I never had any issues until this stay. Please speak with Ashley and I wasn't the only one who was complaining about her. I'm not sure if it was a color issue or if she was just that mean. I always do reviews and I never tell or say anything that didn't happen. So please speak with the young lady at the front desk and the older lady Ashley..The front desk girl I lost her name but I'm sure you can check who signed me in and checked me out was the same young lady just no emotion or friendliness so whatever

Stephanie PFront desk attendant was kind. Room was comfortable, but not a quite as clean as we would have liked--just little stuff like dusty furniture, etc. We only had one towel in the bathroom, so had to go down stairs to pick that up. Also had to go to the front desk to pick up the linens for the sofa bed, but that may be customary. Beds were comfortable. Also the toilet wasn't working great. The maintenance man did come up right away and work on it, and it started flushing, but the water pressure wasn't great.
