ashleigh robersonI recently stayed at this location while traveling for work. I usually stay at this location while visiting Florence due to the excellent customer service. The rooms are always clean and spacious. The staff do not complain when you ask for extra towels or items needed to shower. I have to give one employee her flowers, Ms. Dee, for going above and beyond to ensure i had something hot for breakfast. Just a great hotel that represents the Hilton brand, the right way!

Jennifer RoyallSuper convenient location, close to all of my work meetings. I love that there’s restaurants within super easy walking distance and even though it’s pet friendly and there were dogs in other rooms, I did not hear any when in my room and my room was super clean without any smells. Great to have a fridge as well. Breakfast was underwhelming.

VP LehrThe space was roomy for my family of 6 [young children]. I only stayed one night and met my needs for an overnight passing through. Breakfast was just enough and my kids had waffles with plenty of toppings, hot cocoa, omelet, yogurt and fresh fruit.
