Meka FulmoreI am really blown away by this beautiful and clean hotel. I am here for my family reunion from out of town and it really feels like home and luxury!!! I am also impressed by Brian, our front desk coordinator. He was so professional, courteous, and very accommodating. Thank you Brian for making this a great experience for my family.

Tripp NanneyProbably best hotel in Florence. I’ve tried most of them. Clean. good customer service which you definitely don’t get in other places. good beds. Good food for breakfast and hot coffee. Polite kitchen staff. Lemonade and water in the lobby when you’re thirsty. A gym and a pool. Hilton points. All around great deal for the price.

Lakeside localWe had a great stay at the Hilton Homewood Suites. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It’s pet-friendly, has a nice pool, guest laundry, and a good breakfast with an excellent breakfast staff who were welcoming and kept everything stocked. The only thing that made us laugh was that after so much attention to detail throughout the hotel, the room windows had curtains that didn’t fully close. Unfortunately, the bright stadium-style lights outside shined into the room all night. It’s a small design oversight, but blackout curtains would make an otherwise excellent stay even better.

Enza GThis hotel is a 10 star!! Rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean. We always stay in this area driving from florida / the amenities are excellent and the staff is very pleasant. The breakfast is amazing 🤩 coffee and food were excellent. They have alot of different varieties and everything is fresh and delicious. Connie, at breakfast this morning made my day extra special with her smiling face and wonderful personality. She made sure the breakfast area was clean and asked me twice of if i was ok? when i said yes. She said I just want make sure you’re happy! Wow! I was impressed that she cared about how i was doing! Everyone was very pleasant staff was great at check in as well will go back for sure!!
