Jessica OberryI travel constantly for work and stay in hotels all over the country, so I’ve learned that sometimes what makes a hotel memorable isn’t the name on the building—it’s the people behind it. The new owner of this Quality Inn (Tim) is genuinely one of the most impressive hotel owners I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. What started as a simple conversation turned into nearly an hour and a half of talking about the property, his plans for it, and the renovations he is currently working on. He even took the time to show me several of the rooms being renovated and asked for my opinion on the different color schemes and designs. What stood out most to me was how much pride he takes in this hotel and how genuinely invested he is in making it better. He is incredibly intelligent, kind, personable, and has such a warm spirit. You can tell this isn’t someone simply operating a hotel—he cares about the property, the guest experience, and the direction he is taking it. I stay in enough hotels to know that good ownership and management can completely change a property, and I’m genuinely excited to see what this hotel looks like as these renovations are completed. My experience here reminded me not to judge a hotel simply by the brand or what you expect walking through the door. Sometimes you stumble across people who leave an impression on you, and the owner here absolutely did that for me. Thank you for the wonderful conversation, for showing me your vision for the property, and for making me feel so welcome. I wish you nothing but success with everything you’re building here. W W5/5 Stars: A true hidden gem! Spotless rooms and incredible hospitality. Traveling can be exhausting, but our stay at the Quality Inn in Dillon, SC, was a breath of fresh air. From the second we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with spotless interior and with warm, genuine smiles from the front desk staff. They made check-in seamless and made us feel right at home from minute one. Turns out these were the owners, and this is the reason this hotel is so great! The room itself was immaculate - you could tell the housekeeping team takes tremendous pride in their work. The bedding was fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the entire room smelled clean and inviting. It’s rare to find this level of care, comfort, and top-tier customer service all in one place. The owners treat their staff like family and they all are very conscientious kind, cheerful people. If you are traveling through South Carolina along I-95 and need a quiet, clean, and reliable place to rest, do not hesitate to book here. Huge thanks to the wonderful owners and staff for making our visit so pleasant - we will definitely be staying here again!

Their professionalism, positive attitude, and personal attention truly stood out.||I know that my future stays at Quality Inn in Dillon will always be 5 out of 5 stars. joanne iI’m giving Quality Inn 4 out of 5 stars while renovations are underway, and I’m excited to see what the new management does next. Tim, Heta L., Lashonda, and Daisy went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Their kindness gave the hotel a personal, family-like feel. The room had what I needed, and the location made it easy to get food, gas, and other essentials nearby. The renovations are still in progress, but the staff made my stay a great one. I’ll be back—and I can see this becoming a 5-star stay.

Orlando TiradoHad to stay in this place in an emergency and was accommodated at last minute everyone was really nice to us and would stay in this place, already planning to stay here next time I'm in the area all the people are really nice and helpful, had a great experience with this hotel free breakfast and lots of snacks and beverages
