Cortney PalmNice staff. Vegan breakfast options: oatmeal and silk oatmilk with banana and seeds. Bathroom was dirty (sink had toothpaste in it) floors were dirty. Beds were comfy and clean. Windows are THIN and you can hear everything, like the landscapers and leaf blowers at 6:45 am (why are they cutting down all the trees? Ugh!) great location. Mellow mushroom nearby, and a good stop along the road trip. Price is okay.

Ashlie PolancoHad a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Florence! The hotel was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the location was convenient for restaurants and shopping nearby. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience, would definitely stay here again!

Makiah LongI had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites in Florence, SC! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for doing such an amazing job keeping everything spotless and fresh throughout my stay. I also want to recognize Elizabeth, the manager, for her professionalism and kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure guests felt taken care of. Excellent customer service all around — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
