Although I wasn't able to stay at the hotel due to unforeseen circumstances, I wanted to recognize Tammy at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional while assisting me with canceling my reservation. She made the process quick and stress-free, and her positive attitude truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond to help, and Tammy did exactly that. Based on my interaction with her alone, I would gladly consider staying here in the future. Thank you, Tammy, for providing such excellent customer service!

The rooms were okay. Though there were people outside in the parking lot doing sketchy things. We were worried our car would be broken into. The beds were okay but very firm. Neighbors in the next room over were very loud yelling. Also about 4 am people upstairs were banging around making noise. It was a very rough sleep. Would not recommend unless you absolutely NEED to stop. Staff were nice however.

The room itself isn’t too bad.. no bed bugs or roaches. The AC needs a good scrub down but other than that can’t complain about the room. The location is kinda sketchy. People walking around acting strange. Couldn’t sleep too well due to being worried my car would get broken into. Other than that it’s a decent place to stay. Pool wasn’t open yet. Housekeeping was super nice.
