Gwendolyn GallowayListen...this is the second time I have been here. Unfortunately. Because after the first time all I could do was DREAM about fried jalapeños and the buffalo catfish sandwich! So damn good. I live in Florence or I would be here way more often which is probably better for my clothes budget that Im not. The catfish is superb 👌 best I have tasted around here. If you think yhe best thing ever made was fried pickles well, think again. Fried jalapeños is the BEST thing ever and they are so good here!!! A million 🌟 if I could. I hope they stick around forever!

Michael WelchThe Trashcan Nachos were fenominal! There was enough in the can to feed 2. The toppings were great! Protein options are pulled pork and chicken as far as I know.

Mel CokerI wanted barbecue pork today on our journey from our home in Chapin, SC to Surfside Beach. I wanted to get off the boring interstates route (I20 & I95). I found Piggyback’s BBQ & Catfish on Google Maps in Lake City, SC (and with an excellent rating). We stopped by for lunch on the outside with our dog. We both had a barbeque pork sandwich, fries and fried okra. All were delicious and the meat was packed on the bun. With a sampling of their World’s Best catfish nuggets, we will have that next time too. Clean and inviting space, friendly people, great prices, delicious food - highly recommended!

Stephanie DaddsHonestly the most family friendly late Saturday lunch. We are visiting from Myrtle beach and these folks went out of their way to ensure we didn’t just have a good meal but made sure we felt like family. Best catfish- truly the only one I will eat. And the bbq is amazing too!!
