Run of the mill Chinese carryout place. Food was very average but remember I am Cantonese so pretty harsh judgment here. I got the shrimp egg foo young with chicken fried rice and a spring roll which was included with the lunch special. Although they had no gravy for the foo young I got it anyway. Portions were very generous in fact I could not finish it but the food was very average. Obviously a popular place as several people stopped in to get carryout while I sat in the restaurant eating my meal. But again it was a small town with very limited options for fast food.

The food was OUTSTANDING! Our usual Chinese takeout in McColl is closed for a month so we took a chance on this place and we are so glad we did. China 1 is now our new spot for great flavor. Our large family ordered a wide range of foods and flavors, all were fantastic. Well worth the drive from the outskirts. Highly recommend

I ordered the Shrimp Lo Mein with Chicken Wing Combo. It was Dee Lish! China 1 is a cook to order restaurant so the food is hot whether ordering online, over the phone, or in person. I ordered in person. I found the restaurant clean and the customer service good. A combo can also be ordered with chicken fried rice or shrimp fried rice and a pork roll. It's worth a visit.

This is the takeout Chinese food you'd get a craving for on a random Wednesday. Generally I get the General Tso's combo, but I have tried a fair variety. My take is that you know generally what to expect. This is the good take out Chinese location that exists in most small towns. I would say that this one in particular is above average.

I always order the same thing. Sesame chicken. Lo mein. Mountain dew. Excellent food. Need more Sauce on the chicken.
