Kim SchultzMy family traveled to South Carolina for a funeral. We got to the hotel in the early hours of the morning after traveling for almost 20 hours. When we arrived they allowed us to get into our room early (6am) without having to pay for another night stating, “just check-in and head to your room and get some rest”. When I checked my bill nothing was charged for allowing us to get onto our room so early This was so thoughtful. I have stayed at many hotels and NEVER been treated so kindly. thank you

DAVID HENAOLight bulbs didn’t work.. water pressure was low. Coffee in the rooms is minimal, they don’t replenish every day.

Catherine StanleyJade made my stay go from a 4 star to a 5 star. I honestly will come back to this location just because of her kidness and attentiveness. We were the last check-in for the night and had a heck of a bad day before coming in. She was cheerful and quick with checking us in. There were no Baggage Carts even though she went to go look for them. This is common with hotels though. Often time guests forget to bring them back down for others. She offered to help carry our bags to our rooms instead, which was a very kind gesture. The room was clean and comfy. The beds squeaked which was a little off putting and the hair dryer was dirty but other than that the room was decent. My mother, who was traveling with me forget her toothbrush and toothpaste and Jade was kind enough to give us some. I asked her if there was anything fun to do in the area and she was well versed in all kinds of places for us to go. She listed so many things that it made me want to stay here again even more. She is definitely an employee that is an asset to both the company and local economy, honest and kind. -we will be back
