On the front page it says that no fee for pets. She charged me $50 for my dog. I told her what it said and she pretty much accused me of lying. So I showed it to her on my choice rewards app and she said that’s because I bought it on some cheap web site that they can’t be accountable. I told her no, it’s the choice rewards site. She then said oh yeah I see you got your room for free. I said it wasn’t free I used 6000 of my points and paid $52. She said well it’s free to us because we don’t see any of that money they take it”. She then went on to tell me if I try to sneak a dog it’s $250 and I said I’m not trying to sneak anything I told you I have a dog. This is the second time I used my rewards points and the desk clerk gets insulting. I just don’t understand it. So I told her it’s fine I will pay the $50 but she should let her boss know that it says that. When I checked the next morning I saw they changed it and added a sentence that says therapy dogs are no charge and others $25 so I’m not sure why I had to pay $50. I have photos also of the advertisement saying no charge for pets

The staff was welcoming throughout my stay. My room was clean, and a nice size. The proximity to groceries and restaurants was an added bonus.

The front desk staff person and the room cleaning staff person were excellent in every way, including thorough in carrying their jobs duties, professional, easy to talk to and understand, as well as patient with my questions, providing me and my wife clear and helpful answers.
