Lizzie CraftPoor customer service, not friendly. You must call them after your doctor appointment and let them know you do in fact want the prescriptions your doctor is sending over. I wasn't aware of this and when I asked for clarification I feel like they were a little rude. Maybe they will change my mind after another visit. Maybe it was just the girl working today? Not everyone is cut out to work with the general public.
