Robert CrawfordNathasia , Jalen, and Jeff have been amazing throughout my stay. Their service was extremely outstanding. I even had issues with my phone that they had help me get fixed with initiative. And I can’t forget Shemela for making the amazing breakfast. My stay at this hotel was truly amazing . This will definitely be my go to when traveling. Keep up the great job !!

Jeff MichelThe room was nice and it had a decent breakfast. What stood out was the service. I accidentally left my wallet in the room when we left. I knew it was missing but we could not find it, and I thought I had left it at a nearby restaurant the night before. We notified the desk that it was lost in case they found it and continued on our trip. Two days after we left, I received an email from Kassie, the General Manager that the wallet had been found wedged between the nightstand and the bed. She said I could come by to pick it up or provide a prepaid FedEx label. I told her we would stop by on the way home and she said she would keep it in the safe until we came back by 5 days later. We arrived, I talked to the person at the counter and a few minutes later she came back out with my wallet...as far as I can tell all contents are accounted for! Very happy with their honesty and service.

Arden HaywoodWe were in town for a birthday celebration. We had a ton of rooms. The rooms were clean. Every request was filled in a timely manner. The team was on point. Extremely professional and committed to ensuring us a fantastic stay. The breakfast was sensational. Shout out to Kim who went way above and beyond. Go to spot when staying in Florence!!!

Karen HelselTLDR: Exceeded expectations. We've been stopping in Florence for years as we travel along the east coast, but we always chose a different hotel each time because they're always either forgettable or just plain awful. This was such a nice change and will be our "go to" from now on. The rooms are clean and spacious, the exercise area is well equipped, breakfast was a tasty standard hotel breakfast, and both Kimmy at check-in and Lauren in the morning at check-out were both fabulous. Highly recommend booking directly and making this your layover stop while in Florence.

Kimberley Person4 stars for not clearly mentioning the $5 parking fee. It is not the cash but the principle as in places like NYC I get parking charges but in SC where there is ample parking here with the five closely spaced Marriott properties this seems ridiculous. Otherwise the hotel was clean, great, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and comfy beds. I just intently dislike the Frontier method of nickel and dime’ing us as we are long time and very loyal Marriott customers. Edit: The $5 was credited back to our account and thank you management for acknowledging my suggestion that this additional charge be more visible when booking on-line.
