Lissette LopezIt’s good, but… Overall, this was a nice, normal stay. The lady at the front desk was very kind and sweet, and made the check in go smoothly. It wasn’t a long wait to check in too! We got a nice view of nature, and the room was normal for a hotel room. We only stayed here for the night, so there weren’t many downsides. The service was good, the location was by some local good restaurants, and the room was pretty normal. Just there were a few downsides. 1. TOILET RUNNING FOR A LONG TIME AFTER BEING FLUSHED. When we got into the room, we unloaded the car, put our stuff down, and ran some errands. Pretty normal. But, before we went to have some dinner, somebody in our party went to the bathroom. And after they were done, the toilet was running. Pretty normal. And then we went out to eat dinner. But then, when we got back, THE TOILET WAS STILL RUNNING!!! We got this fixed, but it was very weird. 2. DISCUSTING WASH RAG LEFT FROM A PAST VISITOR IN THE SHOWER. There was an old wash rag in the shower. Left by a past visitor. This was a nice, normal stay. I recommend this place if you are staying for a short time Like a long weekend, halfway stay, or visiting family. So there won’t be many downsides. I would highly recommend this place for staying a shorter time.

Beth TaggartOverall, this was a good stay. The front Desk staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were comfortable, I actually thought the beds were extremely comfortable, very soft but I prefer that. The pillows were very soft as well. Things were a little outdated, but our room was very clean. They did provide soap, shampoo and conditioner, and plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, cage free eggs, pork, sausage, and turkey sausage with a variety of bagels/English muffins as well as fruit The pool was closed for the season and we did not use the gym Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again very nice Stay, very safe environment. Very friendly staff.

Shamim MI recently stopped in Hartsville for an overnight stay at the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel felt warm and spacious from the moment I arrived. It has a functional gym with solid equipment and a pool (a bit cold to use this time of year, but still a nice amenity). The complimentary breakfast buffet was well stocked—perfect for a quick morning meal—and I appreciated the good coffee and the availability of oat milk. I stayed in a large king-bed room that was exactly what I hoped for: warm, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spacious with a full tub. Everything met (and honestly exceeded) what I expect from a Fairfield Inn. That said, the real highlight of my stay was the hospitality. Amanda and Parvini were absolutely outstanding—welcoming, charming, and genuinely helpful. Their service alone deserves extra stars. They made the check-in experience smooth and set the tone for the entire stay. Fantastic job by both of them. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay, long weekend, or family visit. It’s well equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located near local colleges/universities and restaurant staples in the area.
