Bill CStaff here is great! This hotel is under renovation. They should properly disclose this online before you make a reservation here. Lobby and elevators are functional though kind of a mess. Hall on our floor was fine, though it was insufficiently air conditioned. Room was fine, though stuffy when we entered because the AC had been off for some time. Once we turned on the AC the room cooled down quickly. Room was clean. Mini fridge was set so warm it was nearly off, so we also had to adjust that and get it cooling. No freezer in the mini fridge, which is a disappointing oversight in far too many hotel rooms. Exercise room is very nice.

V FloydI read reviews before booking and understood the hotel was under renovation, and the most negativity was that breakfast was not included in price...and I was cool with that. I checked in through app and got the room of my choice. When I arrived on a raining Saturday night, whoever at the desk was helpful, as I asked if I had to register my car for parking. Room was clean and spacious. It appears that the Hilton beds sit higher than they used to. I'm short, a little over 5ft, and I just cannot sit on bed, I have to crawl onto. Not a negative, but a notice. This location was awesome, near highway, TARGET, a mall and restaurants. If travelling again from Virginia to Floria, would definitely stay.

K. MacEnjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious for a family of 4. Room had a separate living area which the kids loved. Everything was clean & we enjoyed our stay. One downfall, housekeeping tried to enter our room while we were still in it! Hilton, please tell them that after knocking, to wait a few minutes to allow customers to answer the door!!

Aida PoethigAmazing place, I have been to every restaurant in Florence and this is by far the best place we've eaten at. Service was great the food I give the chef an A+++plus thank you for a wonderful dinner. I'm a pickey eater and I enjoy every single thing I ordered. Highly recommend Hiton Garden Inn in Florence S C. A Must Go!!! check it out you will not be disappointed. Call for hours of operation.
