Dave AdairI stay here roughly one week a month. Consistency is paramount to loyalty. Dalton and staff make sure all is in order for the week. Charming town, perfect location for walking around “Mayberry”. For those of you who don’t know Mayberry, chat gpt it! But the service here is faster than your search for Mayberry. Victor’s and Cru are great foodie destinations all inside the hotel.

Jessica DMy overall stay here was good. I really appreciate the front desk's friendliness and overall support. One of my biggest pet peeves, though, is when the cleaning crew rushes to clean rooms well before check-out time. I left the door handle sign out to prevent this because it happened to me before while I was sleeping, and it terrified me. Luckily, I did wake up early this day, and I was able to hear the knock (8:30am!). But I just wonder - how is this okay for your customers? I travel for conferences, but if people are making reservations to rest/vacation, I would assume most will wake up closer to the 11am check-out. When I opened the door, I looked straight down at the door handle sign to make sure I had it facing the right way - it was. That is when the woman apologized and said she didn't see it. I'd assume that is the first thing you'd look at. I hate to complain about the support staff, as I used to be a custodian, and I understand having time expectations. But these expectations should not be affecting customers negatively. Maybe management needs to clear these issues with their staff and allow them more allocated time for cleaning?

Lorenzo FordI absolutely love staying here. The first people that you see are the ones at the front desk. I have met 4 so far and they all have a welcoming and accommodating energy. The hotel gives off old world class. Very clean and classic. When I enter I feel like I have money and have made it lol. It's located in a happening area of town, so if you like to be out and about, you can tour any of the nearby spots within walking distance or enjoy the in-hotel restaurant. I stay here for work and am an introvert so I hardly go out but I do like to observe the goings on and people watch from my windows from time to time. This place fills up fast so please reserve early!

Nichole GantsharHotel Florence is a charming building smack in the middle of downtown Florence. You cannot ask for a better location for the ballpark, racetrack, or performing arts Center. There is a nightclub across the street so if you are noise sensitive, ask for a room in the back of the hotel and you will not hear a thing. Another note, many of the rooms do not have curtains just shutters so if you are light sensitive please bring a blindfold. The rooms have a modern shake with some bare brick walls. Restaurant is one of the best in town and is much better than usual hotel cuisine.
