Nichole HaunThe location is excellent, with several restaurants within walking distance. Town Hall across the street was delicious and was a highlight of our overnight stop. I also want to recognize the staff, who were friendly and accommodating when we requested a room change due to an odor issue in our original room. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of both rooms left a lot to be desired. We encountered an odor in the first room, and the second room had issues including hair on a bath towel, food debris on the floor, mildew in parts of the shower grout, and a toilet seat that wobbled when used. While the staff did their best to help, the overall condition of the rooms did not meet expectations, especially at this price point. Because cleanliness is important to me when choosing a hotel, I docked it a couple of stars but I think overall it is a great spot.

Bill 1143So far this has been our best of several hotel and motel experiences in Florence. Our king room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, parking is about a block away and complimentary, as is the above average breakfast buffet. The location is quite good with several restaurants within a short walking distance. We will definitely stay here at our next visit to Florence.

Kris HuberWonderful location and rooms. Be warned that the breakfast area is under staffed and if you get there after 900 it looks like a pack of rabid dogs have attacked. It's a mess and nothing is left. We will be having breakfast out going forward. Poor woman working was flipping out trying to keep up. Great way to start the day for guests! ;/

Nicky QWe were passing through town and took a chance on this hotel. Front desk service was friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The kitchen being ran by Kianna reflects how hard she works and provided excellent customer service. Also served as my barista, she made the end of our trip wonderful with good coffee and a big smile. Rooms were clean and the town is adorable. I recommend staying here and highly recommend having breakfast served by Kianna and her hard working crew.

Amber WilcoxWe love this hotel! As loyal Hyatt fans, this has become our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area. The location is perfect, the property is always clean, and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere is something we really appreciate. We always travel with our dog, and the only downside is the steep pet fee — especially when our stay is short. She’s quiet, doesn’t shed, and never makes a mess, so the charge feels a bit high. The rooms aren’t overly fancy, but the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is always helpful — even if not particularly warm. Overall, it’s consistently a great stay and one we continue to come back to.
