Great customer service this time around. Young lady at take out counter was very helpful and easy to talk to. Very different from my previous visit. Food great 👍 would definitely recommend.

When I walked into the takeout side of the restaurant, there were 3 employee present. One young man was looking at me Leaning on the pizza oven. Two other workers had their backs to door engaged in a personal conversation. I approached the counter.The young man looked at me, did not greet or acknowledge me at all.The other 2 workers continued in their conversation.They never looked over their shoulder or acknowledged me for a good three minutes. When the 2 ladies completed their conversation, one came over to the counter to take my order.I ordered a medium pizza with onions and chicken. The total was $27.27. This was my first time patronizing this place. I didn't. Look at my receipt until I got to my car to wait the q5 minutes I was told that my order would be ready. As I looked at my receipt, I was wondering, why did a medium-sized Pizza cost so much when a medium Pizza approximately $15.00 higher with extra toppings. I went back in to ask about the high price (almost $30.00 for a medium pizza is crazy) 10 chunks of chicken was $6.00, a few onions $3.00 + tax. OK, it was my fault for not asking the price of the additives on the pizza. I get the pizza home and it tasted terrible. The crust was overcooked and tough as shoe leather. My mom and I literally was pulling as hard as possible to chew and eat the crust. The sauce did not taste like any pizza I've ever eaten before (not good at all). To top it off after examining the pizza we couldn't find any cheese on the pizza. It was sauce on the crust and the requested additives and that's it. It was a waste of my money and time. I would have done better at Lil Caesars. NEVER! again will I buy their pizza.

My concern is this. 1 wamted one cheese pizza easy. I wanted a second pizza half pepperoni half back olives. There is no method on your delivery Uber site to do a half and half on one pizza. I had to purchase purchase 3 pizzas instead of 2. I hops correct this in the future
