Travis BentonThe only 2 things that I will complain about are the flys and our server not checking on us to often. But other than that the food was excellent. If you want a place with gigantic food sizes. This restaurant is for you.

David ChitwoodWife and I decided to take a road trip, and sorta randomly chose this restaurant. Decision was based on reviews. Food was great, and a value since we took half our meal home. Observing the staff working on a Sunday, with a race in town, demonstrated a team attitude. Server was very good, wish I remembered her name.

Craig Morvant⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Mayflower Seafood Restaurant is a great choice if you're hungry because the portion sizes are enormous. The Popcorn Shrimp lunch is easily large enough for two people to share. I ordered the Mayflower Special, and while it was very good, it was simply too much fried food for one meal. A little more balance with some lighter sides or grilled options would have made it even better. The loaded baked potato was tasty, although it was a bit smaller than I expected. The restaurant was very busy, even after the normal lunch rush, which says a lot about its popularity. Despite the crowd, the service kept things moving well. I also appreciated that they are military friendly, which is always a nice touch. If you're looking for generous portions, good seafood, and don't mind taking home leftovers, Mayflower Seafood Restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Cassandra RWe stopped by as we were passing through from the beach. We received a mountain of food. Local seafood restaurants bring a bowl of hushpuppies to the table but they didn't here. They did bring a bowl of additional condiments with the tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, and ketchup already on the table. I wasn't a fan of the tartar sauce. It had a heavy mayo flavor. Service was a little slow although it wasn't busy. I had to signal for refills, to go boxes, and the check. Overall, the food was good and we would stop by again when in the area.
