Kleiner schöner Statepark.
Sep 7, 2026 · Google ReviewThis park has some pretty pathways that were kept up. The maps were located at the park map wall. It took awhile to find but once we did it was easy to locate the well by the pond. The road for the river and the other wells closed at 6 in the summer.

Aug 21, 2026 · Google ReviewEdited: I made it back to get my stamp and found a few of the artesian wells this time. We drove the loop road and was able to fill some jugs with water. I made it out to Lee State Park today after passing the sign many many times!😊 It was a quiet and peaceful day at the park. There were a few families camping, hiking, and on the playground. The Ranger on duty was really nice and accommodating. She gave us a suggestion to see a bit of a few trails at a time. The trails seemed to be well maintained and marked. Restrooms were really clean. The campgrounds were nice and plenty of picnic tables. The campground had a vending machine and trash receptacle area. I think my favorite part of the park was the Sandhills! It was beautiful. We got to do a bit of the Loop Road, the boardwalk trail, and saw some of Lynches River.
