CalebI Was really excited to check this place out as it has book trade ins. It is very cute inside and has a nice atmosphere. However, when I turned in about 8 to 10 books (most like new) it took about 4 to 6 weeks and 3 calls before I received $25. Enough for part of a book I wanted. Most new books seemed to be priced the same as chain book stores (B&N) and some used books more reasonable, but not great. Was let down but willing to try again.

NIck MA real gem worth exploring in downtown Florence! Everyone working there is great and open to locate something specific or help you find your new favorite. Do not be afraid to pop in and leave with nothing, they will be just as happy to see you. I will not be ordering any more books online as long as I have Jack's Books to look forward to.
