F KThis is a small museum located in an old train depot dedicated to the history of tobacco in this town and South Carolina in general. We took our 6 year old grandson and he loved stepping back in the past. Many questions about the hundreds of antique items on display. The young lady that gave us a tour was very sweet and informative. Admission is free, there's a small gift shop and a donation box if you are so inclined.

Joe SherrillSaw a reference to this little treasure on YouTube channel, Baby Bronco & Big Trike. It was a great ride. The depot museum downtown with secure parking. The docent was knowledgeable and filled with Southern charm. There was too much well presented Americana to take in with one visit. It's more than tobacco and trains. No admission, but donations are appreciated.

Sons of ThunderGreat museum to learn about the history of tobacco and the tobacco industry and market in the Carolinas. Lots of cool stuff, go visit and support them as they help preserve some local history and promote agriculture.
