emm deeWe were in the area and wanted to see what a historical plantation looked like so drive down the quiet dusty road. It is a private residence so we respected their property. It's a delightful example of antebellum era hosting with it's unique Dorian columns.

heather mccarthyAbsolutely beautiful. However, we didn't know if people lived there. Felt alittle uncomfortable just walking around. The place was locked up and no signa once you get up the drive to the house. It looks like someone lives here. So we left.
