We’ve truly enjoyed our time here. The campground has a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxing environment for families and guests looking to unwind. The sites are well maintained, and there’s a nice sense of community among campers. One thing we especially appreciate is the quiet environment and the opportunity to enjoy nature while still having the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. The team works hard to keep everything running smoothly and make guests feel welcome. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and create great memories, Bass Lake Campground is definitely worth visiting!
Jun 17, 2026 · Google ReviewOk overnight stop, easy access from and to the highway. Very small sites and not very level. Gentleman was mowing well after 5:30 with a VERY loud mower. Not pleasant after being on the road for a good part of the day 😕. Other options in the area so most likely will not return.

Jan 6, 2026 · Google ReviewThe staff is the only reason I’m giving three stars. If it wasn’t for the staff I’d be giving it a one two stars. The staff were awesome very friendly and helpful. This rv park was my first lesson in trusting fellow reviewers. There were plenty of reviewers who had no place leaving reviews for the rv park. I won’t get into it but there were a lot of reviews that never stayed at the park so in my humble opinion they should’ve never left a review. However there were a significant number of reviews that had a moderate opinion of this park. And unfortunately they were right. Primarily the moderate reviews gripped about the roads, long time renters and a rule book that was twice the size of US tax codes. But despite all the rules it wouldn’t take Forest Gump to figure out that their rules were not so much a rule but a suggestion. There is not a pool despite their camp site map showing one. They are pet friendly but don’t take your pet off of the main roads and they don’t want any pets on their massive 15’ x 30’ beach area. Of course you can’t swim or wade in the “lake” or I’d call an average size man made pond, so don’t do that either. Just to recap, don’t do this, don’t do that, don’t park here, don’t park there, don’t walk here, don’t walk there. But if you’re a long timer you can apparently do as you please. To wrap this up, the staff made us feel more than welcome and they were great to deal with. Some of the negative reviews had merit but not all. If you’re passing through and only staying a night or two by all means stay here. The registration process and rules made me question staying here but we gave it a shot anyhow. Not the best or the worst place we’ve ever stayed.
