Kristen GaineyMadison Avenue has been so helpful for me and my Fiancé over the past year. My engagement ring is real vintage and needed to be resized as well as a band repair. They took great care of the ring and fixed it right up. I looked around online for wedding bands but was able to find much better options at much better prices in their store. William was very knowledgable about which bands would work best with my ring and helped me and my Fiancé to find something that fits perfectly and was also within our budget. You can NOT tell how a band will fit with a ring online. They also offered to clean my necklace for me while we were checking out. Support local business and SHOP SMALL.

Joseph ElmoreOver the course of two days, both Sondra and Karen went out of their way to help me find a couple of new watches as I prepare for an upcoming special occasion. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help and patience! I ran into an issue because of my wrist size, but they called the company and got everything worked out for me. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful, no matter what I go in for. The owner’s son is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as are literally all of their employees. It’s a family-owned and operated business, and everyone is truly a delight to work with. I had a wonderful experience, received an excellent value on two beautiful watches, and will definitely be a regular customer!
