Sarai LopezI've had a lot of Pho, from different states and cities, and it's safe to say I'm quite picky. Honestly some of the warmest most delicious Pho I've ever had. I had the privilege to find out the mother of the young man that works at the counter is the one who makes the Pho and he says she truly enjoys making it, and it ABSOLUTELY SHOWS! Pho made with love is something you can't find just anywhere! Must try if you haven't already 💖

H KirkhamPho Hong Saigon is one of only 2 palatable restaurants in Dillon. Kevin (the guy generally at the register) is always friendly and as a 5 year patron, my orders are always fresh, made to order, and super tasty (this is especially surprising as I am vegan)! The only con is that orders sometimes take longer than expected so I would recommend adding 5min to their TAT. Otherwise, this place is an exceptional find in such a rural area .

Daniel kirbyStarted with the summer spring roll which was fat, fresh and served with tasty shrimp and fresh herbs, finished with a signature peanut sauce. Entree was chix curry / rice which also was very good and generously portioned with lots of fresh veggies . I asked for extra spicy and it was on point I would go back for both dishes again for sure Place was good and a great value Go check it out for sure!!
