David McDonnoughCarolina Fretworks has worked on 3 of my guitars, and they are now building a 4th with custom paint and my hand-picked components. Their work is thoughtful, professional and reasonably priced. From fixing a broken (Gibson!) headstock to replacement pickups, to chasing down phantom buzzing and electronic anomalies and pickup replacement, they truly are a 1-stop repair shop. Their guitar setup pricing is very reasonable. Definitely my go-to guitar fixers. I included pics of the amazing headstock fix on my Gibson Midtown, and the body matching headstock currently being built by them.

Darrell CampbellGreat place to do business with! Super nice people and they know what they are doing. No other place around like this! They have worked on several guitars for me and have been 100% dead on with my repairs. They will tell you what is needed, they will tell you a price and they will fix it, period. No surprises and month long waits and the workmanship is absolutely perfect. I don't care if you have a 100.00 instrument or a 10,000.00 one, they will take care of your instrument as if its the highest priced one made. That's hands on service and a human touch that is truly hard to find these days. If you haven't been by the shop, do yourself a favor and stop by and check them out. You will thank me later! Oh, I don't live in Hartsville, I'm about 45 minutes away. However, I would not mind driving for hours to reach this level of craftsmanship.
