Kyle BensonThe most amazing customer service. On a road trip and they were able to square me away. Called ahead and worked out a solution. Thank you Peter.

Dale DuboseI moved to Florence in 2008 when I was 33 years old. I'd spend my whole life on bikes. Bikes of ALL kinds. The first time I walked in to Phill's I knew I'd be just fine here in Florence. Now many years and bikes later I feel like I'm with family every time I walk in the door. It makes me so happy see them and I truly feel like they get just as excited that I'm there. Other stores may have similar brands, but only this one has Phill and the whole Murphy family.

Bob WeilandFantastic service. Drove up from Sumter and it was well worth the trip. The owner changed the tube himself. If you have an E-Bike they won't keep it overnight with the battery installed. Make an appointment.

Norman ParkerI had a little time to waste, and I love mountain bikes. So, I checked out Phil's Bicycle World. Very nice bike shop! They had a good variety of bikes for sale and any accessory you will need. I wasn't planning on spending any money, but I didn't walk out empty-handed! If you like in or visiting the Florence area, give them a look.
