This museum is housed in a restored 1930 post office which provides a glimpse of the area’s past. It features the Lawhon History Gallery, a unique silver collection, and other interesting displays of local history, including the first car, the locomobile, in the state. The Sculpture Courtyard is adjacent. Open Monday – Friday. Senior Citizens: 10:00am–12:00pm, General Public: 12:00pm- 4:00pm. Admission is free.
