I had found exactly what I wanted online, but thought it wise to get some comparison prices locally in case I needed to return the item. Mr. Fisher & Heather were so nice & helpful with handcrafting a higher quality product at a very reasonable price. I have been so pleased with my purchase that I’m now considering other items that I have wanted to purchase for years. william carlson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I recently lost my wedding band on a family cruise after wearing it for the last 18 years, and I was honestly dreading the process of trying to replace something so meaningful. I decided to visit Fisher Jewelers, and I am so glad I did. The associate who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely attentive to every detail I mentioned. She listened carefully to what I wanted and actually found a ring in stock that was nearly identical to the one I lost, which was something I never expected to happen. All that remained was adding a custom engraving on the inside of the band and giving it a final polish and buff. I was told it would be ready in just a few days, which far exceeded my expectations. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner during my visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and truly enjoyable to talk with. It’s rare to find that level of sincerity and expertise all in one place. Although I’m a bit ashamed to say it, this was my first time visiting Fisher Jewelers despite having lived in Florence my entire life, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’ll be returning for all my family’s jewelry needs. Highly recommended!

Meredith SonfieldCindy helped me with a custom 18K gold necklace using a family diamond. My own indecisiveness in figuring out exactly what I wanted certainly made this a much longer process than it needed to be, but Cindy could not have been more patient during the whole process!!! She was very helpful in showing pre-made as well as discussing with me custom options. She was integral in helping me reach a final conclusion. We decided a custom piece was the way to go, so she found a Jewelry Designer out of New York who designed my necklace based on the description of what I hoped the final outcome would be, which she passed along the details perfectly to him. My necklace is exactly what I envisioned and I could not love it more!! Cindy was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient, and eager to provide excellent service. Thanks, Cindy!
